I knew this was the crib I had wanted to buy; it would look wonderful with the rest of the furniture in my daughters’ room. Unfortunately, there were no more cribs on the counter. After looking for fifteen minutes, I was able to locate an employee. This employee was standing by the fitting room, behind a fixture of clothing on her cell phone. Fifteen more minutes passed and she was nowhere to be found. I was quit frustrated at this point, when an older employee came up and ask if she could help me with anything. I explained what I wanted and she went to the back and found the crib I had wanted. I explained to her that I wasn’t done shopping and she took the crib up front for me and explained to me that when I got to the check out to tell them the crib was mine. When I got up front and paid for my stuff I had to wait another 15 minutes so they could find someone to load the crib for me. I have never in my life had such bad customer …show more content…
However, that changed when I went to Sam’s club for some party supplies. I had gone to Sam’s club to get some stuff for my Halloween party. When I had arrived I was overwhelmed because I was on a time constraint and didn’t know where anything was. This really nice employee approach and ask if she could be of assistance to me. I showed her my daunting list of supplies I need and explained I was running out of time. This employee walked around and showed me exactly where everything was. She then took me to the registers, where I figured I would thank her for assistance and leave, but to my surprise she stayed and helped me load my heaping cart into my car. I was astonished at how amazing she made my shopping

When my mom and I made the walk to our car I helped her put the bags into the trunk of the car, and then got in the back seat and put my seatbelt on. I didn’t eat my new treasure yet because I wanted to wait until I got to my house to eat the sweet candy. It was about a ten-minute drive back home and I couldn’t wait for the ride to be over. When we finally reached our house I got out and helped my mom unload the bags into the house and put the food in their place, but when I finished I ran upstairs into my room and quickly shut the door behind. She also bought an average-sized freezer to store even more food. The freezer is always full of the old and new meats. (It seems like all the food markets will be closing tomorrow.) It is always hard for me to find a way to put a small bag of bacon into the freezer; I have to arrange everything in the freezer to find the appropriate small space for a mere bag. After two or three days, I sometimes cannot find the bag, and it turns out that the day before that, my great-aunt put the bacon in the Walmart recycle bag at the bottom of the freezer to save more space for her new meats.…
