The role of an administrative assistant is to distribute in formation within the office and manage the office. Some of the things that administrative assistant do are answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files is very important to keep things efficient. Other roles they may do are meeting, greeting clients and customers and may be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence. It takes skill and proper techniques that contribute to be an administrative assistant which means that you need to be organized and get things done in a timely manner. Making sure that everyone is being productive, and doing their job. With that said you have to be able to use technology in order to be successful
