The ages of children that you work well with, emergency training, communication and negotiation skills that will assist you when working with unruly children, experience working with special needs children or children with learning disabilities, hobbies that will allow you to play and be creative with your charges and a great driving record are all important childcare skills to include in your skills section.
For example, if you are incredibly organized, this skill shows parents that your will be able to keep track of important paperwork, develop routines and schedules for the children and will be able to manage your time well in order to get the children to their required activities.
