I am interested in applying for an assistant teacher position in your schools district. As a 2012 graduate from John Tyler Community College, I have knowledge and education in the field of child development and teaching and have served an internship for my practicum requirement.

I am presently working part-time from home and searching for a position for which I have studied. I have planning, organizational, teamwork, and management skills. I have also studied teaching concepts, theories, and methods.

My desire is working in the education field in a capacity where I can assist in teaching elementary school children and refine my skills, increase my knowledge, and earn a place in the school community.

It is my goal to support to the teachers
