Have you ever woke up in the morning still sleepy, but still have to go to school? I have. School should start later than their regular time. If school start later, you get to have more sleep than usual. Sleeping is important because you get to stay awake during the day with energy.
School should start later because students need their rest so they can come to school with energy that will get them to learn. As it states in “Should School Start Later?” that “students come to school with enough sleep, focusing in class, and staying awake during school hours”. It also states “some high schoolers are falling asleep short from eight hours of sleep that they need”. Teenagers need more sleep to stay up doing classes and days so they can learn something
