Kristin Combs is a public school teacher at Penn Treaty High School and also a union member. Kristin combs is the only candidate running for City Council who pledged to take workers wage and introduce legislation or a $15 minimum wage in Philadelphia. She has vowed to take teacher’s salary if elected and donate the rest of her salary to organizations to commit to helping public schools. Another piece of her pledging is spreading awareness and strongly teaching everyone about the kind of well-rounded education that all of the students deserve and need. Kristin Combs knows test scores are not the true measurement of a student’s intellectual ability.

Donald Trump announced his candidacy for President of the United States in the 2016 election with a famous slogan of his saying, “Make America Great Again.” He stated that he supports traditional marriage, and the same sex marriage but that should be taking up with the Supreme Court because instead he’s all about jobs, He wants to eliminate taxes on corporations and reduce taxation on U.S. workers and business to support reduced business regulations and Donald Trump disregards global warming because he states that global warming is a hoax that was created by the Chinese in order to make U.S.
