“Are are ready honey” Billy’s mom asked with delight. She was happy to go bond with her son. “Yeah I’m ready to go!” Billy practically screamed with excitement! Billy got into the car bouncing as they left for the circus. They were watching the circus and having a good time, but all of the sudden, the ringmaster yelled, “AND NOOOOW, PUT YOUR HANDS TOGETHER FOR THE CLOWNS!”
It grew silent, no one came out even though the show was only halfway over. Billy’s parents stood up to leave then.
Billy explained he wanted to stay, “No let's stay for a little longer!” He then lied, “I have to use the restroom”
“Alright go on”, Billy’s mom said.
He left to look for the clowns, he looked around the edge of the woods where the circus was located.

As I mentioned in the previous assignment, I want to increase my baseline 500 steps each week so that by the end of the semester I am recording 10,000 steps which is in the active range. I will continue walking around the property at work and stepping in place whenever I possibly can. I will stick to walking to the mailbox which is two blocks from home as opposed to driving up to it on my way home. If I have days where I am tired I will just give myself another pep talk. I have a pretty good support system thus far so I will lean on them if pushing myself on my own does not cut it.…
