That year only three freshman made varsity and I knew when I made the team, after tough competition, it was meant to be. My freshman year was so much fun, I became best friends with Ally. We cheered at football games together every Friday night and had a sleepover every weekend. Her family is Catholic and I started attending church with them, Ally is one of the main reasons my faith is very strong today. We were two peas in a pod that no one could separate, our friendship was meant to be.

Sophomore year came around and there were more girls from our grade on the team. 9 sophomores in total. The team wasn’t that close and there were a few girls on the team who wanted to be best friends with Ally like I was. So they decided to try and ruin my friendship with her, and it worked.
