I have extensive experience in completing office related duties. For example, my previous responsibilities include working in the Human Resources (HR) department. This requires me to deal promptly with workload involving various filing and a variety of data entry, in relation to existing and new staff members ensuring accurate records are maintained. I enjoy expressing my ideas and sharing my vision with the other team members, to deliver and ensure the highest standards. I believe that every person in the team has a duty to make such a contribution and support each other to achieve outstanding results. For example, I regularly participate in management meetings where we discuss what improvements we can make with regards to performance. We have to use all the skills set in order to achieve this, such as directing the team members to monitor certain areas. This increased my teamwork skills and my skills in directing and using other adults. I understand that good teamwork also means to be able to follow guidance and direction.
