- We are an outpatient surgery center located in Richmond, Houston TX. We are privately owned with 3 owners (Partners). We are in the heart of the city that perform elite surgeries specializing in orthopedics, spine and pain at our center. Our patient care and humble staff attracts several their patients to our facility. What do you regard as the three most significant and specific HR challenges or difficulties you face in your current job responsibilities? - Finding the best suitable candidate for the job position and hiring best for the facility. - Making sure the requirements meet as asked by the doctors while looking for new employers and live upe tp heir expectations. It is fairly difficult to maintain a win-win situation all the time.
