PER REPORTER: The mother is in the psychiatric unit at UMC hospital. The step-parent (reporter) was ran off earlier by the mother's family. Reporter stated he and the mother really didn't have an argument but had a talk. The grandmother pulled up to the home and mom asked the reporter to leave. Reporter stated the mother's family doesn't like him for whatever reasons. Reporter stated he recieved a call from the mother was given a code. The reporter was told mom was in the psychiatric unit. Per reporter, the children are currently home by themselves. There is no one there to pay bills at the moment. Jamesia works at Stark's and she can't handle it by herself. The mother has a job but a man at the hospital said she could be at UMC any where from

Reporter stated he talked to the mother before he talked to the doctor. MOm said she wrote letters about killing herself (committing suicide). Mom wrote a separate letter saying she was tired of arguing with the reporter. Reporter assumes the family doesn't know where the mother is at. Reporter assumes mom doesn't want them to know where she is until she gets out. Per reporter, it is like the family believes he made the mother come up missing because she wrote separate letters. Reporter believes the family assumes the mother killed herself. Reporter stated the incident happened 16 to 17 hours ago. Reporter stated it is unknown who was suppose to watch the children since they ran him off. Reporter texted Jamesia and she told the reporter he ran the mother off. Reporter told her the mother told him to get out so he left. Reporter stated law enforcement was not contacted about the children being left alone. Reporter stated he just figured everything out and was sleepy. It is unknown if it was reported already.
