In addition, communication among the staff and healthcare providers must also be reciprocal. Conflicts between the nurse and the doctors’ orders have come up but they are solved by talking and coming to a mutual conclusion, which is effective. If there is a conflict between nurse and client the institution tries to find the root of the problem and fix it.
