I totally agree with your point, that a nurse case manager must communicate with the IDT members both orally and written form using “clear, concise, and effective written, electronic, and verbal communication” (Chamberlain College of Nursing, 2015, p. 27.) It is crucial that the information that is discussed in a care plan meeting, pertinent to patient care, must be transcribed to a written form, so it can be easily accessible for other health care members.
