ISP takes away the precious and limited time students have to do their homework, students also might not need help with every class. That's why schools should NOT have ISP. First of all, ISP takes time away from kids to do their homework therefore, some students might not have the time or place to do homework at home, especially now because of hurricane Harvey many students have to help in the process of rebuilding their flooded home. Those students might not be able to squeeze in time to do their homework.
