A school supply drive is an easy way to have a profound impact on students and their learning experiences, which can make a school be a better place for both students and teachers by a simple act of providing school supplies. In recent years, many schools have been built by private funds and donated to the Cambodia government with hope that public funds would be earmarked to outfit and maintain them. Sadly, such support has not been forthcoming. With government funds to schools as low as $1.00 per child, per year, most schools as well as students desperately need additional help to function and cover basic expenses.

Many people forget that listening is a key part of communication. The communication process highlights the importance of listening to ensure each party understands (this does not mean you have to agree with) other parties input.
