Good morning.
Welcome graduates, parents, friends, and other family members, faculty and staff of Northern New Mexico College including President Barcelo and Board members thank you for coming to celebrate this glorious day with us.
It brings me great honor to be standing here in front of all of you representing the class of 2015. First order of business I would like to welcome my fellow graduates to the 2015 College hall of fame, we did it! My name is Joshua Padilla , I was born and raised right here in Espanola New Mexico , attended Pojoaque Valley High School and a graduating Northern New Mexico Eagle.

I hope that what you experienced here will carry on with you forever because It sure will for me. I gained different experiences here these last 4 years but I only will name some due to the fact that the list can go on forever, these 3 things were things I will always cherish, having to eat ramen noodles 3 weeks straight in order to pay for your college text books, how math can make sense if you do it correctly and the old school way no calculators for division only paper and pencil for long division (thanks Mr Leyba). But the most important and final experience I gained from being here in college was education it’s a stepping stone in life , it can get you through the good times and the bad and it will always be your best friend when looking for a job and once your finished you can always seek higher …show more content…
