Although I feel that the policy are straightforward but there are issues within our Go First Class (GFC) program and management. When the GFC was created, it generates new ideas by combining, changes and re-applying existing idea such as the patient treated like there were in the private sector. This is the idea was thoughtful, but is not rather simple or practical, because there are several existence hiccups in the program. Just as Kettner et al., (2017) stated, “[t]he focus shift from the organization as a whole to the development of a discrete set of activities that focus on one aspect of the overall mission of the organization;”I believe this was the main purpose (p.28). Third, reset of H/E appointment which is done or seems like it’s about every six or less. For instance, some patients check-in to a readiness center when processing into the post for the first time, so, they will have been given a dental exam and just need a hygiene appointment. Since the exam wasn’t done at our clinic; therefore, the exam needed to be done with prophylaxis (I called it cooking the books and wasted of time). As a whole the dental hygienist and EFDA‘s have spoken to management about the issues in which they don’t care, because it's all about the numbers.
The challenge is getting Dencom Commander, Officer in Charge (OIC), Non-Commissioned Officer in charge NCOIC and practice manager, dentist and front desk clerk; they should at least try to adopt new concept/ideas; so, it can decrease chaos, contradiction, and confusion. I could only hope that this bring our clinic to a positive result, which it can build a “solid team members and clinic workflow method/ great work ethic” for the common good. I would measure this issue an enormous, because this is an ongoing issue, those individuals that I have mention doesn’t want to address
