These are the things the UK music organization established in there diversity strategy that I picked and how you might establish whether it is being achieved.

1. Encouraging companies and individuals to support the Equality & Diversity charter for music, the way in which they could check to see if this is being done is by leading by example, so the other companies see the benefits then when they ask you about them you encourage this and actively show your implementing something there not, encouraging them to implement this as well. You talk about it with other business get them on board discuss with them how it works and why it works.

2. Celebrating examples of commercial or professional procedures that are accepted or prescribed as being
