Some of the thoughts I had about the movie is, I felt for the kid, kids are so mean anyway, but when you are different, kids are much worse. Moving to a new place is difficult and children have to fit in at school. Everyone has something that is different about themselves. People cannot accept others for who they are is sad. I felt the movie at first was a little silly, the boy’s imagination with the movie, it was like a fairy tale. As the movie went on I started to understand this boy and how he felt. How he wanted to be a girl it was not a fairy tale.
My first experience with one my daughters finds was similar and it makes me sad to see people treated so poorly for a choice I don on think people allies have c choice. I have known boys that wanted to be gay but could not admit that in the area they live. Some enneadic it but you know it is there. Some boys move to a different plea nab come accepted. That is what most people look for is acceptance.

I looked at the world pretty open but I seem to look at that world a little different. Looking through the eyes of a child changes how I think. I don’t know if it changes other people but with the government all the radicals and the conservatives of United State right now I just want people to get along. Working with people being a professional and. Culturally grounded social work helps to be open non biased in A person does not have to agree but just seeing the other persons point of view. It is difficult to be ridiculed for your beliefs. I have learned to listen to a person thoughts to understand where a person comes from will help

As a response to the CEO, I would point out the three diversity principles: affirmative action (AA), equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity initiative. To ease my CEO understanding of these three principles, I would demonstrate how these principles are different but all work and interact together. Affirmative action or AA aims to correct the past discrimination. As such, it breaks down visible and invisible obstacles so that every worker has the benefit of an equal break. Nonetheless, AA does not assure equal outcome since people with disability and minorities still facing discrimination in the workforce…

To me diversity goes far beyond just race, gender, and age. Diversity means there is a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, life experiences, and thoughts/ideas. Diversity means there is an opportunity to grow, learn, and for success. It is an opportunity to grow because you are around people with whom you don't share many similarities, and this means that you will try to get to know them, thus expanding your view of things when you hear how others see things through their eyes. Diversity is an opportunity to learn about other's cultures, what experiences they have had, and hopes/aspirations that they have formed through the lives that they have lived.…

My philosophy on diversity is that we are all different and thatś not a bad thing because it shows us that there are different types of people in this world and not everyone is like you. Independence is a very important thing because it gives children the ability to show that they can do things on their own and they don need help. With independence it also shows the muchurity of the child and that they are not helpless but they are independent. Overall goals in my work place is that the children will emotionally and physically be ready for kindergarden. But, our goals are also to make sure the children learn and have jobs such as snack helper, door holder or even bathroom monitor to show their indepentence but also their self- concept because…
