Diversity Training Program Analysis

First, when making a new diversity training program it is important to get everything in the program that is needed to suit all types of people. The four questions I would ask for my training program would be tell me about your family, ask about their ideas, would you like to meet the new employees, and ask them about their past. These four topics have key information that will allow me to get to know the individual.
Tell me about your family: This would be an important factor because employers who know about the employee’s family can keep in touch with them. This makes their relationship more personal and will show you care and respect their home life as much as you do their work life. Ask about their ideas: This is where a lot of new ideas

The program offers many different features and helpful questions for the users. The program asks questions about diversity, thinking, and workplace experiences. All these factors are important to any place of employment. People can use this information to make a better workplace for everyone employed there. “Ask us about our online training options. People often ask to online diversity training really work and the answer that is giving is “There are two reasons to do diversity training. One is to prevent lawsuits. The other is to create an inclusive environment in which each member of the community is valued, respected, and can fully contribute their talents. That includes reducing bias and increasing the diversity of the employee and management population.” (Bregman, 2012) Some people may disagree, but these two factors are important to avoid at any extent.
