When implementing a diversity training program, it is important to formulate desired outcomes for the program in order to evaluate its effectiveness. These desired outcomes can include benefits for the organization like more credibility and a more supportive workplace. Other desired outcomes can be specifically for the staff like sensitivity to others and job satisfaction. Finally, the outcomes can effect the clients by giving them satisfaction with the pharmacies services and equitable treatment. (Gutierrez).
