Case manager, Sandra Scott received a call from Social Service Supervisor, Ashely Parker. The report was regarding a dirty home for multiple children who were left unsupervised. When the case manager arrived with two police officers, there were three children in the home. A nine year old girl, Jenae Eugene a ten year old boy, Eugene, and a five year old boy child. The five year old was sleeping on a full size bed. The CM questioned the kids where they slept and the nine year old, Jenae Loury response was they all sleep on the bed.
