Reason case was accepted for investigation:
On 3/13/17, Hennepin County Child Protection accepted a report alleged physical abuse and domestic violence impacting Madison Lebron, age 6, by father John Lebron Jr. Per reporter Ms. Tavarez told officers that she had asked Mr. Lebron about him kissing his estranged wife whom he is separated from and divorced per MGA they are divorced. Per reporter Mr. Leborn smacked Ms. Tavarez in her face. Per reporter they walked into the hallway and Mr. Lebron put his hand over Ms. Tavarez’s mouth wile pinning her against the wall, as he did this he smashed her head against the wall. Per reporter Mr. Lebron pushed Ms. Tavarez against the ground several times while squeezing her mouth and pressing her head against the floor; all three children were watching. Lebron was asked about any drug use. She denied any drug use. Ms. Lebron denied the use of physical discipline at home. Ms. Lebron stated that she gives a verbal warning or removals of privileges specifically the children’s electronics. She reports no concerns. Mr. Lebron:
Mr. Lebron refused to schedule an office visit and instead requested phone interview. Mr. Lebron sounded resitent to the phone interviw as well. He reported that he had some disgreement with Elizabeth at their home. He reported that children were at home but no one was near them. He sounded upset about the questions and why CP opened case to his child since there is no harm and living with her mother. This worker explained to Mr Lebron the reason the case was opened and children were at the same home with them during the incident (physical violance)
Mr. Lebron stated that he has no concerns with his daughter and that she is attending school reguralry ( )
He reports that she had missed no class and attends classes regulary. He reports that he has custody of his child and she stays with him during the weekend or any other day he aggrees with it joinlty with his Ex. wife Ms.
