On 8/10/17, Hennepin County Child Protection accepted a report alleged physical abuse of Markell by mother’s ex. Boyfriend Jamar Clavon and Physical abuse and domestic violence which impacts Markell and Marland by mother’s ex-boyfriend, Jamar Clavon and also threatened injuries of Marland and Markell by mother’s ex-boyfriend, Jamar Clavon. Per reporter on 8-9-17 Tempestt Robinson field a petition for an Order for Protection on behalf of herself and her two children Markell and Marland. Per reporter Ms. Robinson and Jamar Mr. Clavon had been in a romantic relationship. Per reporter Ms. Robinson reported that about a week ago Mr. Clavon knocked Markell into a radiator and busted his eye and then threatened to kill Ms. Robinson and her children if she said Mr. Clavon had done it. Per reporter Mr. Clavon went with them to urgent Care in Crystal and kept Marland with him in the lobby while Ms. Robinson took the Markell in to be examined. Ms. Robinson has tried to leave Mr. Clavon but he does something to her, the children or her property so that she will back to him. Jamar stated that he found out from Ms. Robinson that she went to either Ohio or Kansas to join a motorcycle club. He stated that he was disappointed and upset with her. He stated that her action triggered their argument into a verbal fight. Mr. Jamar denied about any physical altercation with Ms. Robinson. He stated that, “there was only a verbal argument and back and forth text message between them. Also, he did not deny about the property damage to Ms. Robinson’s car. Mr. Jamar stated that they both shared car together and he damaged them because he was upset with her. He also stated that “he gave her a money for fix their car, however she used the money to something else.” He stated that they both argued and decided to break up
