Absolutely cheating is aways wrong, However, defining what cheating is can be tough. By dictionary definition, cheating is to "act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage, especially in a game or examination." I think our society is built on a system that promotes a form of cheating. By this I mean societal advantage. This theory applies mainly in academics and the workplace. In reality, it can apply to sports well. We also need to differentiate between blatant cheating and what I perceive as having a societal advantage.
Lets look at academics first. There is blatant cheating when a student obtains answers to tests or has someone else do their work. To me, that is always wrong. But what about the acceptance process
