Benefit Of Free Education Essay

The benefit to free higher education in the United States should be offered to students that keep an average to above average grade point level. This is necessary to students that do excel academically because they are self-disciplined and self-motivated. Giving them the benefit to college at no cost is fair because they have all the qualities to a successful academic college career and they’ll be great laborers to this country in the near future. Being an American student myself, this country always seems to put a price on situations that are the most valuable to citizens, or any situation that’ll lead citizens to some sort of stability in their lives. Everything in our lifetime is a choice but no amount of money makes a student better, or smarter, how hard they work and study determines that. This is why free tuition should be offered to students with strong grade point averages. Most politicians in the United States is so quick to preach about how important education and determination is but yet a straight A student stressing through an entire four years of high school just to keep his, or her grades at an A/B level isn’t enough. If education was so important, why is it that an undergraduate student is told that they’re not to receive their degree, or certificate until their tuition balance is fully paid?
