People will say it is murder. Others will object and say it is just a fetus. Millions of babies die without even being born because of abortion. Abortion destroys the lives of helpless, innocent children and is legal in many countries. People these days take advantage of abortion and chose to abuse it and use it as a birth control. Abortion is a “war against the unborn” and should be illegal everywhere unless a life threatening matter occurs. Here I wrote why abortion should be illegal.
93% of 4.3 million abortions take place because of personal not medical reasons, either the child is considered to be unwanted or inconvenient to social, professional, or academic priorities. People argue that if a woman takes the risk of getting pregnant, and

And people try to convince you that the baby is not ‘human’ until it’s born? How could someone prove that a baby with a heartbeat and fingerprints isn’t ‘alive’? Ninety-six per cent of the more than 140,000 second-trimester abortions performed annually in the USA are performed by the technique of dilation and evacuation, the doctor uses tools that clamp onto the babies limbs and the body parts are pulled from the fetal body and removed from the mother. Third trimester abortion was legal in some states, the procedure started with the mother giving half-birth so the head of the child is visible, then they inject fluids into the baby’s brain which kills it. That is poisoning a human, which is murder. Supreme Court came to their senses and banned Partial-Birth Abortion in …show more content…
People fight to legalize a procedure that kills humans. Another issue people choose to ignore, or don’t think about is, that if someone were to take an egg from an birds nest, or if they killed a wild animal (under any circumstance) they would go to jail. But killing an unborn child is accepting in society. Society has begun to value the safety of animals over children. If people claim that a fetus is not ‘human’ yet, then how is an birds egg, which is also ‘unborn’ considered to be alive? America basically states that animals’ lives are more important than the lives of humans. Abortion is selfish, it’s not safe, it is murder, and it is not the only option. Think about all of the aborted babies, they could have blessed families that could not conceive, they could have been the ones that were going to find the cure to cancer, they could have changed peoples’ lives. But no one thinks about those things, we’ve learned to ignore the bad things about abortion and only think about the benefits. Americans don’t know the details and facts of abortion. Do the research to find out the

Our law states that when a pregnant woman is murdered it is double homicide, so how come killing a baby in the womb separate isn’t murder? Our society has many double standards because we conform to what makes others happy, but it is time we take a stand and help save the lives of many innocent children. Abortion is a touchy issue. Many say it is okay, others are totally against it, and some think it’s acceptable, depending of the circumstances. In my opinion, it’s wrong and not at all necessary, unless in the case of pregnancy, the mother is informed she will perish during the pregnancy term. Science continues to say a fetus is only a small “lump of tissue” but it isn’t, it’s human, it is a life. We are taught, “You shall not murder,” yet there are about 100, 000 lives aborted yearly.…

There has been a long existing debate of “Pro-Life” versus “Pro-Choice” about whether or not women should be able to abort a child. Many people being Pro-Choice will use the argument that the fetus isn 't a living person, and rather that it is the woman’s body; therefore the woman’s choice. There are other options women have such as adoption: waiting until the baby is born and providing the child a well-suited family to properly care for them. I believe any way you can avoid aborting a child is better than abortion because you give the child a chance for life. An unborn child in the womb contains all of the characteristics for it to be considered living, proving abortion is morally and scientifically wrong.…
