Wade the legality of the Constitution became a huge part of the case and how it was interpreted by different individuals. The final outcome in this case was based strictly on technicality and different interpretations of the Constitution. “Roe vs Wade arose from issue that came up in Texas Law on the issue of Abortion in 1973.”(Tompkins 101) “Although this cased was based on why women should be able to have abortions, Norma McCorvey “Jane Roe” actually never had an abortion.” (Tompkins 107) This was a monumental case that went onto the Supreme Court and is still referenced today in Abortion politics. In this case they argued that the first, fifth, ninth, and fourteenth amendments were being violated. “They established their case on constitutional calculus based on the Trimesters of a pregnancy.”(Tompkins 103) After the decision was made in this case Planned Parenthood generated from Roe vs Wade. Planned Parenthood was started in 1992 to be a network for a women to look to for the future. “The definition is simply defined as a euphemism for murder.”(“Abortion is Murder”) When conception occurs a life is being formed and has a heart beat. When something has a heartbeat it is considered a living being. Whether it is a dog, horse, or child it is still a living being that it lively and should not be killed without having any decision in the matter. “In latin terms a fetus is referred to as a young child.” (“Abortion is Murder”) A fetus still needs nutrients or food from the mother, because without food it will die just like a human will. “According to “Americans and Abortion” from the NY Times, 50 percent of Americans think that abortion and murder are considered equally. One-third of whom think it may be the best course in a traumatic or bad situation.” (“Americans and Abortion”) These one-third people may not think of the great thing a child could become. One may never know that their child could have turned out to be a very successful individual if they were not killed as a fetus. Many religions judge abortions as murder.
