The leadership inventory quiz I used was Your Leadership Style Assessment. The results that I had was an Ambassador, Advocate, People Mover, Truth-Seeker, Creative Builder, and Experienced guide. The test listed characteristics of each of these leadership styles to provide understanding. The Ambassador is able to diffuse bad situations and can handle multiple problems with poise. Advocates stands up for the group and acts as the spokesperson. The People Mover is someone with nurturing qualities and are instinctive mentors. The Truth Seeker is one who aims to be of good judgment and has competence within their field. The Creator Builder is someone who has visions and is focused on the process of the plan not just the end process. The Experienced
