The leadership style that is demonstrated by people that are currently manage at Unit 8200 is mainly through the leadership style which is called democratic style such that dictates described a leader who involved employees in decision-making, delegated authority, and used feedback as an opportunity for coaching employees. In other words, mostly leaders as included at Unit 8200 are implementing participating of SLT leadership styles which managers are giving encouragement the subordinates or employees to discuss among each other in order solve and work for upcoming problems that they might face. For instance, it is very obvious to see that Unit 8200’s managers are giving encouragement to their employees to have at least more that their expectation
