The Pampers ad has three different images of the same baby. The first image the baby has tears running down her a face, they’re dripping off of her cheeks, and her mouth is puckering while she cries. In the second image, she’s no longer crying, she appears to to be calm, there’s hardly any tears on her face, and her mouth is in a relaxed position. In the third picture, she is happy, she doesn’t have any tears, and she’s expressing a smirky little grin. The logo on the bottom of the ad says, “absorbs what others don’t”. The baby is crying because she has a wet diaper that doesn’t have good absorption, once changed into a Pampers diaper, she feels dry and that makes her happy.
