It is important to spend time with different students in college and to know new people and coping well with these new people. Not going out and using social media will decrease the social activity within college friends. Also, as international college students put much time in social media, students will result in having addiction in Social Media. According to Healthy Minds Network, a research group specializing in adolescent and young adults ' health, social media may lead decrease in happiness and confidence and increase in psychological distress. It may further result in internet addiction and dangerous activities, such as committing suicide. As students get to spend much time in social media and get addicted in social media, international college students will spend more time alone and become highly likely to turn their eyes to dangerous activities such as committing suicide and may suffer depression. They may think that they have no hope in the future and they may eventually lose all the confidence that they have (2). They could contact with close friends and their family to solve any struggles and overcome the difficulties that they have. International college students should eat and exercise regularly, have better social interaction, and increase skills in coping with real life challenges. They can also reduce the time used in social media to prevent from addiction and mental health problems. Students can prevent mental health problem; however, they need to develop coping skills to avoid these problems. Students have to work hard and have the will to overcome any obstacles, in which they have in college.
