There are not a lot of countries which people speak English as their native language, so most of the international students are asked to take English classes before they can actually enroll in undergraduate programs. It is just not English classes, but they have to study unnecessary classes to fulfill the requirement of the programs to be qualified. Students understand the concept of learning more English to prepare fully for undergraduate programs, but colleges spread it into many classes. For one semester or even more than the students have to study grammar class, listening class, writing class, and speaking class… All of the classes can be gathered in to one big class so they can save time and money for studying programs that actually help them get a real job in the future. They see international students as a financial support for their school, because the tuition they pay for education is much more than American students.
