A teens worst fear is isolation because they feel left out. Now teens are fearful of many different things, and they are mostly afraid of exclusion. Due to the feeling of being left out, teens feel isolated because they do not trust anyone, also it can be caused by the way they look. Teens are sensitive to many things, and they will often try to make sure that they are able to be in their best condition. It will take time for many teens to get used to their fears like miscommunication. Often teen miscommunication and cause them to become more isolated. There are few pieces of evidence that can be found in novels, news, or personal life experiences. A quote from the article “There’s real competition to have the most friend” under these types of influences, teens will slowly to develop thoughts that the popular they are the more friends they are able to make. Nowadays teens will use social media to connect with other, this will start to cost teens who are not interesting in using social media is excluded. As teens use more social media their real social skills will be diminishing and start to cause isolation in teen making them feel unwanted with not being popular. Teens around the world who often uses social media has a high chance of getting cyberbullied by others this will cause them have negative thoughts, there are many websites devoted to feelings of depression, loneliness, and isolation. As you use social media as a communication tool that you would see with a blink of an eye. With the ability to instantly communicate and talk back is letting teens knowing pretty quickly when they are being ignored, especially when you are about to see if ones that had read your message. Even social media play a big role in our life, but it is still causing teens to not able have a positive interaction with others.
