Why should schools allow phones to be used throughout the school day? They are the best thing for communication. In the United States today, there is a debate about phones being used throughout the school day and why they are good or bad. Although some people believe they are a distraction and a disruption in class, cellphones should be allowed in school because they are a fast way to communicate and learning setting. Cell phones could make you unprepared emotionally and physically during school because they distract you a lot during class time. People tend to get stressed from things that are important because they have a hard time knowing the material because their phones block them from that success. Most students don 't have any idea of what they are missing in class and it is destroying their grades in all of their classes because their phones are the only thing they are worried about. Also most students even in middle school depend on their phones because they copy their role models in school. Cell phones that middle schoolers have are granted by their parents because they worry for them in school. Cell phones would make you feel more of a "vulnerable not worthy or capable of anything" person because you have no other solutions but using your phone every 2 seconds during class. Cell phones do have their positive benefits but do have some negatives as well. Also cell phones also mess with your focus as a student in school. People without focus have a hard time completing things that are important because their phones were taking advantage of them during school. Cellphones in school could mess with your focus in the subjects you are taking and maybe your focus on a person. Focus is very important during school and very necessary when doing homework and classwork because it gets your work done so you don 't have to do it later during the day. Cell phones also ruin relationships for plenty of people of many ages. Cellphones could have some social media on there that might have some info that the boyfriend/girlfriend might not want to know about.
