Explain Why Schools Should Allow Students To Have Phones During School

I believe that schools should allow students to have phones during school. There are too many things that could happen if you don’t have your cell phone. You need your cell phone to communicate during school hours. I understand that it can be a distraction from your work, but if its becoming a problem in school then the teachers should have the authority to take it for the period.
