Students and teachers have a tendency to text their friends or family members during class and it makes it harder for them to concentrate. Students and also teachers, text every single day so it would be just another time to text someone. Students also like to cheat on assignments or even test. Some take pictures of the assignment or test and send it to their friends so they can get a good grade on the assignment. Another reason why cell phones are not allowed in certain schools are because of cyber bullying. Students can get angry at other students very easily and will post mean things about them true or not on the internet. This is how rumors, most of the time are not true, get around so fast, but this can be stopped. Enforcing major rules could prevent students to do these things in class and will make them think twice before they use their phones
