My first time on a plane, it was amazing. I was scared at first, but once we got on the plane, I calmed down. This was something I never thought I would get to do. The plane ride felt like it took years to get there, but I kept myself occupied by crocheting and playing with my niece Rae. On the plane I was lucky enough to get a seat with my sister and my niece. The plane ride went great! But once we landed I couldn’t wait to get off the plane and see my brother and California. We came to California for my brother Luke’s wedding, but we had so many more plans than just the wedding. It was beautiful, California is full of palm trees and the sunshine was perfect. I got to see the big Hollywood sign and there was a Planetarium that you could see the Hollywood sign through huge telescopes. We saw the Chinese Theater and all the stars names on the ground. Downtown Hollywood is definitely crazy, there are so many people and it’s always crowded. There were so many huge stores. There was also a giant mall, I could have stayed there all day. It seemed as if they had every store you could image. We got to go to a gift shop where I got a sweatshirt that says Hollywood on it and I also got a Hollywood star key chain with my name on it. There was also a huge chocolate store that we got to go to, it was a chocolate store but it also had Disney toys. My niece Rae loved the Disney stuff there. The day seemed to go by so fast. But that night we had a family cookout and game night at my brother’s house. I loved getting to meet his huge dog Max and his fiance's chinchilla …show more content…
We walked around on the pier, we played in the water, I got to lay out in the sun, I also got to watch Rae and Cameron's friend’s daughter Ella. We took so many pictures on the pier. The girls were too scared to go swimming so I held their hands while they ran into the waves and ran back. The little girls played in the sand and when they got tired we all left and went to P.F Chang’s to eat. California is such a big and beautiful place. I could have stayed at that pier forever. The pier was amazing, there was rides and a roller coaster on the pier. They had little cafes and restaurants, there was so many little gift
