"When the law disarms good guys, bad guys rejoice." ~Ted Nugent. What do you thing about gun control? Guns should not be ban or taken away they should have certain requirements.
Guns are our personal rights and they are our Second Amendment. Our Second Amendment protects an individual's rights to own a firearm unconnected with service in a military, and to use that firearm for traditionally lawful purpose such as self-defense. The right to own and bear arms laws is as fundamental and as essential to maintaining liberty as are the rights of free speech, a free press, and freedom of religion. As a result of the Second Amendment, I understand that it is not that hard to get or have access to a firearm and that gun control laws are just as old as the Second Amendment. I also believe that you should be allowed to have a firearm in your house if you wish, but you have to meet certain requirements. Also you should not need a reason to carry a weapon because it is your right you have a choice and if that makes you feel safer wherever you are then do what you want. I believe people need more education on a gun. If you try to purchase a gun I think you need to have a background check. You should be in a good emotional state and should not have a mental illness. If people want gun control I think maybe they should make it harder for criminals to get weapons but you are not going to stop killings it is going to happen no matter what bad guys will find worse ways to kill people. I believe if you take the right to own a firearm from the good guys the killings will be terrific. Plus it is not the gun that pulled the trigger it is the person who did. If people are more educated with a gun I think that will help with some deaths but it will not cure all

He explains in his own opinion, how it is a violation of our natural rights and against the second amendment, which states we have the right to bear arms as citizens. Gun control could be a necessity to keep people safe and there is going to be a look into this topic.…

Guns are only the scapegoat for real issues, "on average 1.3 million people die every year due to Cancer and heart decease opposed to 34,000 due to firearms," (Other Causes) you do the math. Gun control is not wrong, I believe that everyone should be held at a certain standard, if one can not display the mental capacity to own a gun, their rights should be taken away. It 's as simple as that, violent crimes and drug crimes should disqualify you from ever owning a gun. Whether for protection, hunting, sport shooting, you have every right to own, and use a gun as long as the freedom of others is not…

The debates regarding restrictions on the availability of assault type weapons and high capacity ammunition magazines is not important to me in that I have no need or interest in weapons which in my opinion are for military purposes only. By creating stricter gun control laws, the government would not solve the problem of criminals obtaining weapons and would only take away the protection of the people.…

In America, there is a growing perception that guns are: they are harmful, they kill, and they commit crimes, and so most guns should be banned. But, how can a gun kill or commit crimes; it is not a living thing, it is a tool. With the use of guns, America has grown to be a strong and independent country throughout history. The push to ban guns will only keep guns away from law abiding citizens since criminals, by nature, do not follow laws and respect the gun free zones. The banning of guns in America should end.…
