At my last job one day we had an upset customer due to the misunderstanding of how we process card's payments for gasoline. Our customer didn't understand how it works at first, so we printed him a new receipt to show him how it works, and we also printed him our official policy of card payments. after he understood how out system works. in couple days we contacted him to make sure that he is satisfied with our business with him. and sense then he is one of our regular customers. the main key for a great customer service is to stay calm and provide them with all the documents they need. Also, thinking like a customer, and understand their point of view.
