Tom Cushner Case Study

Decent Essays
I believe the one positive thing was done was her introduction answering the call. When the customer ask for to speak with Tom Cushner she could have said “You have the wrong number but let me see if I get you to someone or the Deptment he works in.” She was rude by just telling that she didn’t have the number and not trying to get the caller who he wanted to talk to. She could have taken the time to look up the number and get the caller to aleast the right department. Every call should be handled with good customer service and be as helpful as possible even you may not know the answer you should try to get the caller to someone who does.
