The article examines two aspects of the Servant Leadership Theory. The results of the hieratical engagement study revealed that humble leaders had the greatest influence on their followers regardless of their hierarchy. Less humble leaders in a lower rank of hierarchy were still capable of success by using an Action-oriented Leadership Style. The greatest impact was found in the high ranked hierarchy leaders that possessed the humility virtue that strengthened the Action-oriented Style of Leadership.
