The first strength I believe I am good at is being a servant, that is, providing service to customers. As a healthcare provider, I believe I inspire those around me to provide great service to the patients we care for and those we engage with during educational presentations. According to Root the “strong positive feelings between management and employees that the servant leadership style promotes translate into a high sense of morale (Root, 2017). As stated, this increases the organizations overall morale and helps foster a productive team.
2. Second, I believe that I am strong when it comes to diversity. In every organization, there are several talents, personalities, beliefs, etc. As a servant leader, I feel as though we exceed in acknowledging the diversity everyone brings to the team using that diversity to establish success as well as further establishing a strong relation amongst the team.
3. Third, I believe that being a servant leader helps provide growth and development within the organization or department.
