How Disney is successful than other business? These are some of the questions that always arise when we talk about Disney. And there is always one answer for those questions and that is “customer satisfaction.” It is believed that Disney has 70% return rate of first-time visitors (Ciotti). This rate includes people of all age. This high rate is impressive in this down economy period where people are saving money rather than going out and spending. In Disney, there is all sort of activities for entertainment. But, activities are not the only reason people visit Disney. One of the key techniques Disney came out to attract people is creating personalized experiences. The experiences include activities like rides, shows, games, and so on. During playing games, one of the visitors said he felt he was fighting with enemies rather than computer controlling everything. This gives people real life experiences. Disney has established a clear vision that embodies customer satisfaction. This means Disney’s mission is focused on their customers as opposed to the company. The management team works 24/7 to make Disney environment-friendly zone. Disneyland is notable for what you don’t see-wrappers, gum, or spilled popcorn (Gallo). Despite thousands of people visit Disney every day, management has put full effort to make Disney clean, which is an inspiration for everyone. Disney has also trained every employee about communications. Every activity at Disney operates at a right time. There is no delay despite big crowds. This is also one the key factors to attract the customer. Customer doesn 't have to worry about the delay and late activities. The customer’s comfort level at Disney is very high. Management and employees treat every visitor equally and are there always to help them. They also provide a translator for people who cannot speak English. This is a great way to attract customer because in my experience at Six Flag, they fail to provide this facility for the customer. Disney also takes customer’s feedback seriously and works immediately to solve it. This will make every customer believe they are being taken care. One of the important thing that makes Disney people’ favorite is health facilities it provides. There will be many accidents and injuries. Creating loyalty and client satisfaction separates a company from its opponents. There are numerous variables that make consumer loyalty and reliability reported in the literature; one of these components is client service. (Emeraldinsight, 2013) For example, although British Airways fares are fairly expensive compared to other budget airlines, their customer service is one of the best in market area. There are two different types of customers - external and internal consumers. External customers are fundamental to the accomplishment of any business, as they give the revenue stream through their purchases, which an enterprise needs to survive. (Small Business – Chron, 2015) Satisfied external clients regularly purchase from the same company and also encourage other individuals they know to do the same. However if customers are not satisfied, they can hinder a business by discouraging others from using it (Small Business – Chron, 2015). Although internal customers may not necessarily purchase products or services offered by their employer, the internal customer relationship also plays a key role in the business's success (Small Business – Chron, 2015). In the sales market for example, the sales representative which does not function admirably with customer service may have greater difficulty placing orders or acquiring answers to the external…

Disneyland is known for its outstanding customer service and cleanliness. To keep up with the image that the company holds, it demands hard work from all of cast members employed. It is a known fact that Disneyland hires cast members just to keep up on the park maintenance and image alone. LA Times wrote that “after dark, the dirty work at Disneyland begins. A crew of 600 custodians, painters, gardeners, and decorators works 365 days a year to ensure that the 85- acre park meets Walt Disney’s squeaky-clean ideals” (Martin, 2010, p. 1). Being a past cast member, I have witnessed the strict guidelines that Disneyland has in making sure the park is perfect every morning before the gates open. The cleanliness and strict ways of Disney have paid off as a result. Company profits are higher and guests are…

So not long after Disney’s Service Basics were created. There were four areas of focus with key behaviors listed for the employees of the Disney parks. The employees must project an upbeat image and energy. They must be well mannered and respectful to all guests, most importantly children. The cast members have to play the part and stay in character, and go above and beyond. There are even more basics below each of those, which are specific behaviors like smile and look friendly. Additionally, Disney identified particular actions expected from leaders, and the behaviors that rank up to those actions. Having a great guest experience involves having management backing up that experience and supporting it. Typically, what has transpired is that the Disney Service Basics have been essentially changed to the main points listed below the key courtesy, with new behaviors and actions focused toward the other three keys. More specifically, going above and beyond could be related every single one of the Four Keys so below the key courtesy it was revised to go above and beyond to surpass guest…
