In America, currently, there is involvement of five generations in workplaces and societies. Each generation holds their own perceptions based on cultural, economic and political influences. They are:
• Gen Z or Centennials (1996 and after): They are the youngest generation, who have grown up on in the world with many options but limited time. They are more diverse and global in their thinking, interactions and relatability.
• Millennials or Gen Y (1977 to 1995): They are the first “global” generation because of the development of the internet. They are ambitious but not entirely focused, having flexible working arrangements.

They are the ones born in between 1977 to 1995 and are the privileged group who were born at a time of educational and technological advancement. This makes them more aware of the technologies, equality and human rights. This generation has seen a diversified world with a sense of globalization, so they accept that the changes in the world affect them. They have always been treated as the most special and important, that’s why they have a feeling that they are vital to the world. They have always been protected and supervised by their parents which make them have an expectation upon others to resolve their conflict.
