In order to have a successful company, not having a high turnover rate can be an important factor. Having high turnover can lead to loss of productivity and cost the company financially as well. Keeping employees happy, satisfied, and motivated will want people to work better and be more inclined to stay with the company. On way that The Container Store motivates its employees is having an open communication culture (Ferrell, Hirt & Ferrell, 2009). Employees needs to feel they can express any concerns and ideas to management and they will take these expressions serious and encourage the employee in a positive way. The CEO of The Container Store believes employees comes first, treat them good and they will take better care of the customers
