Clearly, the management is deeply concerned about the high turnover rates. High turnover rates reduce the average performance inside the organization given that it destroys team-building skills. As such, the organization should looking upon ways that would help them minimize possible turnover rates by introducing telecommuting as introduced by various in the survey. In addition, employees cited high parking fees and constant traffic jams as a major issue why they would want to leave the organization. This study will identify and describe at least three ways how offering telecommuting as an option would benefit MedEx.
Having the two benefits properly realized we eventually agree that employee turnover will be reduced, hence solving the capital problem facing the organization. Given that employees were growing uncomfortable because of their daily commuting, it is notable that the lost productivity was part of employee desire to leave. However, the suggested telecommuting will greatly reduce possible departure of the company. Since telecommuting will solve problems associated with high parking fees, as well as many hours of commuting, employees will have an option to work at home hence they will not

Telecommuting is working at home which involves utilizing, internet, telephone and email service. Various job descriptions in health involve providing medical support and consultation to services such as coding, billing, insurance, scheduling and transcription (Flexjobs, 2016). These services do not require an interaction between the practitioner and the patient. Reilly (2012, p. 260) argues that telecommuting is carefully planning work assignment, communicating periodically on work projects and providing feedback on performance.
