Telehealth is a collection of means or methods to enhance all aspects of healthcare through support using telecommunications technologies. Telehealth uses electronic information to support and promote long-distance clinical health care, patient and professional videoconferencing, the internet, store-and-forward imaging, streaming media, and wireless communications. The use of telehealth brings with it some benefits such as provider flexibility, patient satisfaction, and staff efficiency. Although, with beneficial products also follows a few challenges.
