The patient is making process , but has not yet acheieved the goals articulated in the individualized treatment plan.The patient has a psychiatric history dating back to 2016.He was diagnosed with bipolar The Patient was sent to behavioral health for a new mental health, evaluation on 07/27/2017. The patient was prescribed the following medications Latuda in order to appropriately address the symptoms and stabiliz to help him focus while in the program. Client has another appointment on 8/8/2017 to see if the medication working. The patient has the capacity to meet his treatment plan goals once he is stable and on his medication. He is currently working on high risk situation, and learning coping skills to interrupt or avoid relapse. The
