The following account is from when I was HR employee within Sino-Japanese joint venture cosmetics manufacturing company.
Jerry is not outstanding performance when he was in the college. His specialty is Japanese after graduation is a Sino-Japanese joint venture hired as a salesman. He was very satisfied with the job because high wages and a fixed amount. He did not have to worry about because there is no professionally trained and more than others.
Began a few months, Jerry work hard but the sales performance in general. But as his business and his relationship with the customers become more familiar with his sales gradually increased. To the first end of the year, he has become one of the few companies in the gold medal salesman. The next year he was confident to become a sales champion. But the company's policy is not to disclose the sales person does not encourage comparison with each other, so he could not quite grasp their own will be the first. Last year,

Physiological, security and ownership of the three low-level needs are basic needs. Research shows that the higher the level of managers more effectively meets the needs of its respect, self-realization of the employees can influence their team even in the company to meet its high-level needs, such as a number of companies engaged in the work of the staff, including hiring, training team members, even those who did not meet the dismissal. Along with the new task of learning to try, employees will be able to meet their high-level needs, and those employees cannot control the progress of work (such as workers on the assembly line) the nature of their work and unable to experience high levels of need.
